A machine can have a new battery, starter, CDI, coil or solenoid and still fail because the real problem is voltage drop, a weak ground, damaged wiring, a failed switch, incorrect connections or a mechanical condition that looks electrical.
Testing follows the circuit from power source to load. Voltage, resistance, current path and component operation are checked before repairs are recommended. Modified wiring and previous repairs may require more time because the original circuit must be reconstructed.
What gets checked
Electrical work is scoped from voltage-drop tests, circuit condition, wiring access, prior modifications and the availability of correct replacement components.

Common symptoms
A dead circuit, blown fuse or weak starter can be caused by wiring, connections, switches, grounds, charging faults or the component itself.
The replaced component may not have been the failure, or another fault may have damaged the new part.
The circuit needs to be isolated and tested for a short, overload or failed component before another fuse is installed.
Loose terminals, heat-related component failure, damaged wires and worn switches can appear only under certain conditions.
Charging output, parasitic draw, cable condition and battery health must be measured rather than assumed.

Electrical faults can require circuit tracing, voltage-drop testing, access time and verification under operating conditions. The price covers the testing needed to isolate the cause.
Often, yes. The existing work must be inspected first, and heavily modified harnesses may need additional authorization.
Some custom accessory work is accepted after the machine and existing electrical system are inspected.
